## Troubleshooting

**Results taking a long time?**

- The tool runs asynchronously — your AI polls automatically. Large batches (10 channels) may take longer than small ones.
- Wait for your AI to finish polling before sending a follow-up message.

**Some channels missing from results?**

- Confirm all channel IDs are valid `UC…` format (24 characters)
- Very new or very small channels may have limited data

**Tool not responding?**

- Check your NexLev account is active and the MCP connection is complete (see [Quickstart](/docs/mcp/quickstart))
- If you've hit your daily quota, [Upgrade to Pro](?required_nexlev_lite_pro_access=true) for higher limits
